| What are the shipping costs and times? |

| EyesBright offers free shipping to anywhere in the UK on all orders. Price for customers ordering outside the UK are at present charged a standard £2.95 with every order. Shipping within the UK is sent by first class post and we aim to have your order despatched within 2 days. Customers within the UK that have selected the ANC Courier delivery option should expect to receive their order within 2 working days of despatch. |

| How do I track my order? |
|
| As soon as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the "Past Orders" section of your "Account". Orders that have just been received will be set to a status of entering until a member of dispatch processes it. |

| I live outside the UK. What are the prices in my currency? |
|
| At present EyesBright prices are displayed in £'s Sterling. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when reaching the checkout stage. We can accept orders from almost all countries. |
